Trip to Savannah 3/15-3/22

Jack and I took our first plane ride to visit my parents in Savannah.  He was such a great little traveler which was such a relief. Each time we boarded a plane the passengers around us seemed frustrated with the location of their seat adjacent to ours.  By the end of the flight they complimented how great he was.

We had a wonderful time visiting Grammy and Poppy.  The weather was nice and warm, which was a great change from the Cincinnati weather.  They had many supplies and goodies all ready to go for us when we arrived.

On St. Patrick's Day, Grammy, Jack and I went to see the the famous Savannah St. Patrick's Day Parade.  Although he slept through part of it, Grammy and I enjoyed the sights.

On another day we were able to head out to Tybee Island to the beach and it was gorgeous.  We took a nice long walk in the sand and then had lunch at a local restaurant.  It was Jack's first time to the beach and he was so relaxed that he was able to sleep in the Baby Bjorn the entire time.

We are looking forward to our next visit in June!

Here are a few pictures from the visit.
